Everything was wonderful I started with the spicy margarita & it was actually spicy, loved it! Ordered the waygu and cooked it on the hot plate. It was 100/10. I also got the lamb chops which were amazing, loved the two sauces that came with it. Got the yellow fish crudo and it was one of my favorite things of the night. The heaven on earth sushi roll was incredible, I could eat that every day! Finished the meal w the fries, which made for the perfect ending to our dining...

Saku is hands-down my favorite sushi spot in Charlotte. The food is always incredibly fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. The ambiance is welcoming and beautiful, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. It's the perfect place whether you're dining solo, out with your partner, or grabbing dinner with a group of friends. Had a date night with my wife this past weekend. The food was AMAZING. We ordered the Dumplings and the Crab Avocado Rolls as starters, and both of them were SUPER good. Then we had the Yakitori (skewers). The chicken and pork belly ones, were super tasty. The ribeye on the other hand, had a weird taste.
