“Pleasant little deli with a spacious dining room, plenty of parking, a set menu and enjoyable hearty food!
The staff was friendly and welcoming and helped me find a good plate!
I tried #3 and the pupusas and it was a large portion with lots of sauces and sides!
Fair prices on very filling meals!

Recommend the pupusas for sure! I had the chicken and cheese. There were lots of filling options. (Kinda like stuffed naan)
They have the menu items mostly ready in front of you. Any additional stuff like the pupusas they have to make fresh.
So picking up a meal can be very fast unless you add on fyi.
Clean place. Looks fine. Very happy to have stopped in and enjoyed myself.
They speak a tiny bit of english if needed.“

​I had an amazing meal at Restaurante Y Panaderia Salvadoreña. If you’re looking for the real deal, this is it.
​We ordered a bit of everything, and honestly, you can't go wrong. The pupusas were perfect—thick, handmade, and served with just the right amount of curtido and salsa. The main breakfast platter was a highlight; the fried plantains were sweet and caramelized, the beans and crema were super smooth, and the steak was seasoned perfectly.
​Even the simple things like the coffee and the hot chocolate were spot on. It felt like a home-cooked meal in the best way possible. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell they put a lot of heart into the food. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of the bakery items next time!“

I ordered a lemonade to drink and received a frozen limeade, not too overly sweet, decorated with a slice of lime. Yum! Others at my table ordered a pineapple drink that is just fantastic. This place is one of our go-to places in Charlotte.“

“Been eating since 2015 at least, first time Employe told me if you don’t speak Spanish don’t come back.. this is not English restaurant! should be addressed. We eat there all the time but this will not cut it“

“Tried this place because we were looking for something to eat in the area and WOW! We loved the tacos, pupusas, and especially the gorditas. I ended up ordering a to-go order of gorditas to have for lunch tomorrow at work. I could definitely see myself eating here at least once a week if we lived in the area lol.“

“I came at a very busy time but was able to get one of the last 2 tables available. I don't speak Spanish but the waitresses spoke English so no problems there. Got the Fajitas Mixtas. It was excellent! My waitresses were kind and checked on me from time to time and so I got excellent customer service. They had a pretty good sized menu with plenty of variety. A big TV on the wall silenced but on the sports channel. It was a pleasant dining experience.“
