The food is good but they are ALWAYS out of something important. I come approximately once every 3 weeks, this week they are out of large bowls. How much money is lost daily due to the incompetent ordering manager. Customer service is also very lacking.
This was honestly very good, and a nice find in an airport where everything is typically fried and soaking through the bag. You order through a kiosk, which is fine on it's own but in this case they were out of several items (blueberries, granola, etc) and they don't allow customization. This is the kind of time it's helpful to have a real human to talk to, but alas. This was right next to my gate so decided to get an açaí bowl to eat while I was waiting. The service was a little slow but it was 6:30 am so I get it. There was three people ahead of me in line and it took me about 15 minutes to get my order. Protein Açaí Bowl - the nuts, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and granola added a nice crunch to the açaí. There wasn't a lot of açaí. Overall the portion was very small for the price point. But I guess it's the airport.
