The most horrible experience I ever had in airport. No customer was there… the server didn’t prepare my food until I went again asked. When I got the food it was cold and half cooked.

been here twice in 2 weeks now, thought maybe the first time was just a rough impression but the workers have been fighting/in a fight both times ive been here. the customer service is super bad and i hate making a review bc i worked customer service and i know typically companies dont care much about reviews…however both times ive waited 20+ minutes, gotten forgotten about, the workers sit in the back and look at me and i question if i even ordered😂 also the portions in the bowls both times have 1/3 of the bowl missing and only 2/3 full. mind you the bowls are 16$+ so id expect to actually be close to full at least. items ordered also werent made correctly/things added to them

Horrible experience and the people working were so lazy. Didn’t give me any fruit and the bowl was horrible. if i could rate it 0 stars i would.

I just watched this old man waiting in line forever as the young lady working there, standing right in front of the cash register, was telling an intense story to her coworker. The poor guy finally gave up and left. Eventually she asked how she could help me.
I still ordered, knowing this would be challenging and got through it with overt patience and kindness. Eventually I got the delicious bowl I intended to get but you’d be crazy to go there and expect serious service.

Food is excellent. Service sucked as the person was rude. Next time I won't include a tip when I pay.

Just had a Berry Sunrise bowl here. I was a little worried with all the recent negative reviews, but I had a great experience. The two staff members were cleaning when I ordered at the kiosk, but one of them stopped to make my order and kindly explained that I didn't need to order honey because it comes with it, so she let me substitute another topping. Service was fast, polite, the place was clean, and they seemed to have every ingredient in stock.

No one behind the counter tonight. I asked the bartender next door if anyone was working tonight. He put his cell phone down and went and got the manager for me. They may be short staffed, but just from sitting in the area observing everything for a few minutes, it sure looks like the staff that was present just doesn’t want to work.

Everytime I try to get food from here they say “no smoothies”. Why?

The girls were not too friendly. The acai bowls are great.

Usually a good experience. The young lady working tonight should find another job. She is too busy hiding in the corner on her cel phone than she is doing her job. Two people waiting for their orders, no one at the counter, lean over and there she is, while the beeps let her know orders are waiting. I gave up and went somewhere else.

There was foil in my drink! I could not return back as my flight was boarding.

I asked an employee whether one of the bowls was vegan or not, and she responded that it was organic, and then said that it wasn't vegan because the granola has gluten in it. I clarified that what I was asking about was if there was honey or dairy in the bowl and she was extremely rude and asked why I was asking her. Another employee said the bowl was vegan but who knows? 🤷‍♀️

Got a regular sized protein acai bowl. The toppings tasted fresh and I was glad they gave me a replacement topping when they were out of cacao nibs. The regular is large enough that you will feel stuffed for one person eating it, my only thought was that there wasn't enough acai/yogurt compared to the amount of toppings. Near the end it feels like you're just eating granola. Nice service, nice taste. Feels healthy for airport food
