I love it hear. I think the drinks are over priced but that's all of Charlotte so it is what it is.

Seoul Food has gone majorly downhill in the last year. Maybe they sold it? Since the new menu, the food quality and taste is bottom of the barrel, and somehow food service got considerably slower too. The food is basically concession stand level now. Not sure what happened to this old favorite of ours, but we won't be going back anymore.

Shoutout to the 2 guys working Friday (5/8) they are really great at explaining and educating about karaoke and the menu.

The place is a 10/10 for karaoke.

The food was ok, it was room temp/cold when it arrived. The bao buns were really good.

Updating review to 2 stars. Sadly they recently seem to have changed their wings which was their top item for me. The new wings are laughably small, as bad as the worst pizza chain wings. They also no longer offer boneless wings which use to be equally large and great for people that don't want to deal with bones in a group setting. The space is still amazing and comfortable for all ages, but my reason for coming was the wings and now I have no real reason to come and enjoy the space, no matter how great and large it might be.

My favorite place in Charlotte. Walkable to a few breweries and urban street market, games and karaoke on site, and plenty of space if you're bringing a large group. Also, some of the best cocktails in the city.

My daughter used the tokens for the vending machine for the toys and nothing came out; there is no real customer service around to help with the issue. We ain't coming to this place.

My daughter wanted to get tokens to use for the vending machines (see posted picture), I used that token exchange machine to get 3 tokens, $3 per token but I am being charged $24 for it. My daughter used 2 tokens on one of the vending machine, but nothing came out. We talked to the only guy at the register there about the 2 issues, he pointed to some QR code to contact customer service. It was my first time there and will also be my last time. I will never spend another dollar at that business. Do Not use the vending machine, it’s a scam.
