I don’t understand the overwhelmingly bad reviews. I came here on Christmas day and the plaza was packed. The staff was kind and my order came out quickly. My double shackburger was juicy and delicious. The quality of the service and the food is comparable to other Shake Shack locations despite being located in an airport. Prices also have the usual airport upcharge.
The employees were friendly and the food was good. My first order took about 10 min, the second was quicker. It is loud in the atrium, but no one seemed to have trouble picking up their order. Would recommend.
An ok option for a meal. Staff were fine, food was pricey for the amount of food. The mushroom burger is tasty, but fits in your palm. There was a 5 minute wait at 5 pm. I can imagine that it’ll take a long time to get food out when it’s busier.
