For a fast food chain, we would all expect not good service or a dirty establishment. NOT this Smithfield’s. Their service was immaculate!! They are always greeting you once you walk through the door, serving you with a smile, getting to know you on a personal level, always filling up your drinks, and any other assistance. They are AMAZING! And we are talking about mostly teenagers. The place was spotless. Give them a raise!

Even though I am a native Texan I was asked to give this place a try. It is certainly not Texas BBQ, but it was very good. The staff was so friendly and even checked on us, refilled our drinks for us and brought them back to the table.

The meals are well priced.The food is good; however, compared to KFC and Bojangles the chicken didn't have as much flavor. Their sauces aren't as flavorful either. The BBQ was on point and I liked the hush puppies.The service was phenomenal though.The staff are mostly young adults that showed so much courtesy and promptness.I will be back.

With one car in front of me, it took about 22 minutes to get my take out order. I ordered the daily special with two thighs and fries. I was starving and wanted to eat the hot fries on the way home. At home, I dug into the first piece of chicken. Way too much batter. I enjoy chicken thighs; they have a lot of flavor. I didn't get any flavor. When I finally broke it down, It was overcooked as well.

My husband drove across town to get our Easter meal from here, which is typically enjoyable. My husband gets home and we realize we’re missing part of our order. He calls the restaurant to speak to a manager. The manager wouldn’t take the time to speak to him. He was placed on the phone with a rude, unhelpful teenager . We didn’t get what we paid for and customer service was terrible. They have lost our business after this. Very disappointed!!!
Nice clean place with friendly employees but the actual bbq is disgusting. Probably some of the worst I’ve ever had. Not sure about the other choices but the bbq is ?

Just another fast food place nothing special about the taste of chicken items themselves. The place is however clean and service is good.Surprisingly what I liked most in their menu was not the chicken it was the Pecan pie!!! it was the best thing on the menu! Very pleasant surprise for a dessert in a fast food joint.

We actually visited this location twice in two days. Once for an evening meal and then the next for a late lunch. Great customer service. Dining room and bathrooms were super clean! The servers checked on us multiple times and were super friendly. The fried chicken and pulled pork from Smithfields continue to be the best in the world!
