Went here for the first time on Saturday. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean. Food was super fast. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious.
Even though I am a native Texan I was asked to give this place a try. It is certainly not Texas BBQ, but it was very good. The staff was so friendly and even checked on us, refilled our drinks for us and brought them back to the table.

For a fast food chain, we would all expect not good service or a dirty establishment. NOT this Smithfield’s. Their service was immaculate!! They are always greeting you once you walk through the door, serving you with a smile, getting to know you on a personal level, always filling up your drinks, and any other assistance. They are AMAZING! And we are talking about mostly teenagers. The place was spotless. Give them a raise!
