Sunday 10/19/2025 was my first time hearing about Snooze and actually going. We went for my friends birthday. It was 3 adults and 5 children. Two of the children are older children no kids menu for them. When Snooze was called for a reservation she was told to come now while no one was there. Well that wasn't going to work for obvious reasons. The wait time was long which was expected. However the hostess was rude. A simple question of can we have a menu to look at while we wait? The wait time was 55mins Her reply was you just got here you were informed the wait time could be up to an hour and you only been here 30mins. Glad she said it to my friend and not me. I would've been more than happy to cut my wait time and leave. But it wasn't my birthday brunch. Upon getting to our table the waitress seemed a little bother that there were so many of us. When trying to place our order she was talking over top of us. I was the only one who had never been there before and had a question about a food item? She said what you want a to go order to? Yes but I'm asking does the eggs have to come sunny side up? Her reply I will put your to go order in. My other friend asked for crispy bacon but it was burnt. The waitress stated that's what you asked for. The birthday lady tried to ease things up with a little humor and the waitress stood there like a deer in headlights. As we were getting ready to leave the waitress was a little more friendly. After we left we were taking pictures outside and in a few pictures the hostess photo bomb us. No problem. She comes outside and offered to take our picture. And of course we let her. Just like the waitress she was much nicer when we were leaving then when we came. The food was good I can't lie. Now that I know about Snooze and that there are other Snooze restaurants in the city I can go to and try. Because that Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice was delicious!!! As well as the Bacon But Different. Unless my order is a to go order I will not go back to the one on S. Blvd to sit down and eat. Again the food was great. I just wish the staff were a little more nicer.

I came here craving breakfast on a random Wednesday morning and sat at the bar which was cool to have for a solo person wanting breakfast. Nick was my bartender and he was super dope. The food was amazing and I had to Mimosas that slapped. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Me and my family were served by Justin. He had a fun bubbly personality with amazing customer service. He kept the conversation going and supplied laughs while exchanging jokes. He was on top of our requests and needs; even a gluten allergy. The food was impeccable (coming from a very picky eater). I recommend their french toast!!!

Food was delicious 😋 I had tofu scramble w peppers , mushrooms, and spinach. It is not listed on menu as a meal- have to ask and choose what you want in it. So don't be shy if a tofu scramble is what you are hankering for. Very loud atmosphere makes it hard to have a conversation and they were super busy so service was a little slow. Everyone was friendly and helpful and facility was clean. Would recommend to a friend!

We came here for breakfast and honestly had such a great time that I completely forgot to take pictures. We had the Bravocado Toast and the Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes, both were absolutely fantastic, so fresh, flavorful, and just amazing. Our waiter Christopher was top notch, super friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. I did notice, as others mentioned in previous reviews, that the seating situation could use some improvement. When we arrived, the host stand wasn’t attended, but one of the staff members kindly greeted us. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we were seated in the very back corner. When we asked if we could sit in a booth, the staff member didn’t seem too happy about the request. I’m not sure if servers work by sections or sales, but as a guest, it doesn’t feel great to notice that kind of tension. Maybe something management could take a look at. Anyway, aside from that small detail, everything else was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back.

I visited Snooze with a guest who was visiting CLT. I'd been on 2 previous occasions and thought it would be a great place to drop in before my guest headed out. I got THE absolute worst service that I think I've ever received at any restaurant. Upon entering there was no hostess at the door. I waited patiently since my guest was running a little behind. When the hostess finally walked up she just stared at me, no greeting, no welcome in, she just looked as if she was waiting on me to greet her and tell her how many were in my party. As we locked eyes she finally said 'One?' I said two, I'm waiting on someone but would like to be seated.
The restaurant was practically empty, which should have worked out in our favor, she grabbed 2 menus and walked me to the back of the establishment. As she placed the menus down I asked if we could sit at a booth in the front. She said with an attitude, if you want to wait for them to clean it and she walked away, into the kitchen, leaving me standing there. I moved to the booth up front and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a server walked by, sat 2 menus on the dirty table a said 'I'll be over when I can.' Then I watched him began to serve other guest.
My guest arrived and I got up and asked to speak with the manager. I explained what I was experiencing and informed her that we absolutely would not be dining with them, their attitudes sucked and frankly I didn't trust them to handle my food, and most importantly, we would not be dining with them today or ever again!
It seemed as though the hostess and server were irritated that I'd asked to be moved to a different table, discussed it in the kitchen and then proceeded to ignore me.

Long/short, won't be back!

The Shrimp & grits, Strawberry Martini Mimosa and Snooze classic was amazing. It has a plesant atmosphere. The service was phenomenal! I recommend to get on the wait list prior to arrival because the wait can be pretty long. I would highly recommend Snooze.

Nick is amazing! Great service! He made great recommendations! I had a bad experience at a different location in Charlotte and he definitely made up for it!!!! 10 stars for him alone!!!

Snooze used to be great when it first opened. Now it's dirty and the staff are horribly disorganized. The food always comes out cold, the wait staff seem to struggle with juggling multiple tables at once and your order has a solid 80% chance of being wrong or missing entire parts of it.

Skip this place. It is not worth the wait times, hassle with staff, or gross food.
