Bad service to the delivery's, they do not give importance to the orders that have to be picked up, they only serve the customers who are in the establishment

Perfect breakfast, perfect brunch, perfect any time! From the food to the staff, Snooze in South End is a winner! Their pancake flight is yummy and you’ll definitely want to try the cinnamon roll flavor! I also ordered a pepper and onion omelet with barbacoa as my meat of choice, hash brown fried hard, sourdough toast and jelly on the side. I’ve been several times and never disappointed!!

Got the shrimp and grits to go via a work breakfast. I would not spend my own money to eat here ($15+ for an omelette!!), and I certainly wouldn't bring a date or family or anyone I cared about.

Awful quality; the most overcooked shrimp of my life, burnt coffee, enough grease to stop the hearts of a hundred men. Just the latest in a decently long line of disappointing meals from here. Next time someone is offering to pick up what they call food from here, I'll go hungry instead.

I hadn’t been here in a few years and it did not disappoint today! I had the crab and asparagus omelette with a side pineapple upside down pancake. It was so good and everything was hot and tasted fresh. Bonus points that it was real crab and not imitation crab!

Great for folks looking for a variety of breakfast/brunch options that are allergy friendly! Staff is knowledgeable on food allergies, menu is clearly marked. My food came out with an ‘allergy’ marker that made me feel even more confident that the food was prepared with my dietary restrictions in mind. I’ve been a few times and not had a reaction. Highly recommend!
