Food here was delicious and decently priced! The shrimp and grits were my favorite and the strawberry shortcake pancakes were delicious! They made my boyfriend’s order wrong but quickly able to rectify it. There was some lack of attention from server and preferred drink items were sold out. Overall, a good experience and would eat here again because of the food!

Such a yummy breakfast and I even got a birthday pancake! Probably the best grits I’ve ever had. Our service was great and mimosas were on point. Definitely join the waitlist before you get there!

Food is usually great at any Snoozes and this location is great like others. Service on the other hand is slower than anywhere in town. There is a clear lack of leadership at this location.

This place was really amazing.We had great food.I absolutely loved the bugogi fried rice.I got a chai latte as well.I have never been asked if I wanted it more sweet or spicy and doing it half and half made it more than likely the best chai latte i've had. It was a Sunday morning when we went, so they were really busy. I didn't get my eggs the first time when my food came out. That's the only reason I said 4 stars on service, but they corrected it really fast. All of the food came out insanely quick, so I will definitely be coming back.

First time here while traveling through Charlotte and it did not disappoint! The cinnamon roll pancakes are to die for and the drinks were tasty as well. Marlowe was our waitress-very sweet and easy to converse with. Outdoor seating was really nice and laid back also.

Came here to kickoff my birthday in Charlotte. The food was quite good, but the price did not really reflect the proportions. Nothing spectacular. We could have went to any mom and pop's diner and gotten twice the amount of food for a much better price. My mother ordered a bloody mary. It was $10. I was going to order an espresso martini, $11.25, that was a hard no for me. We waited on our food for just about 30 minutes and the place wasn't even full. Had to ask the bartender to check on our food. That's another mention...the bartender seems to be heavily relied on since almost everyone orders a drink. We didn't have a server. The bartender took our order and a manager ran the food. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Delicious Benedict and French toast! Our server Stephen was amazingly attentive — even noticed my boyfriend is left-handed and adjusted cups for him. Before we left, he offered us coffee to go for our long trip. Fantastic food and thoughtful service!
