Waited 10minutes in drive thru. When I got to the speaker to place order no one greeted me or asked me to hold on. After a couple minutes went by I said hello three times and no one said anything. I left to go to the stalls where everyone else was at and waited another close to 10mins around 11:30am. I am upset as I have not had sonic in the charlotte area in 2 years and now I remember why. The Concord location is better but they can be terrible when night falls. I’ve attached a video as well that is a little over 3 minutes of me sitting waiting for someone to take my order. However, this review will only let me post 30seconds.Others around me and Door Dash was also upset with service.

Went to pick up a door dash around 10pm and waited at the speaker without anyone saying a word. I drove to the other side, pressed the button, told them I came for a door dash, then the female lied and said they didn't receive it. I pressed the button to make an order and was ignored.

Watery, tasteless hot dog (threw half of it out) and a shake with minimal flavor (peanut butter and banana tasted like, well, vanilla)Nothing to recommend.
Well seems like every Sonics is the same, you order on the app some condiments and they never bring them and somewhat seem to have an attitude when asking where the condiments you asked for are.

I was there on Monday and not one person helped me. It was me and bout 3 other cars and that was it. When you have a bunch of people clocking in and not working and just being lazy. Trying to do anything but work you get what you get for sure.

I am writing this as a Delivery Driver. I have been assigned to pick up from this location multiple times and 99% of the time the employees say they don’t see a order mainly because they don’t want to make it. They are all lazy, sorry, unproductive, unprofessional, unapproachable and represent Sonic HORRIBLY & should be fired. Not retrained.. FIRED! Because they are all too old at their big ages to act as unprofessional and immature as they do. My last visit on December 12, 2023 at approximately 8:45pm a heavyset darkskin chick wobbled out to bring me my order and didn’t greet me, say hello, thank you or anything turned around and walked off like she wasn’t raised right or trained right. She had to be 50 and obviously knows better regardless of how she was raised. This isn’t the first time there was a pregnant one and another one all very rude & immature. I will be contacting corporate as well as requesting a call from the owner. I do NOT recommend going here, if their service is this bad I can only imagine what they do to the food, I wouldn’t buy my dog food from them OLD RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL IMMATURE WORKERS!!

Customer service at this location is horrible. I constantly DoorDash in the region and every time I have an order at Sonic I have issues with time and to get a hold of employees. The manager was extremely rude to me and hang up the microphone on me while I was still talking to her. Waiting is always long even when there’s no one in line.
