Waited 10minutes in drive thru. When I got to the speaker to place order no one greeted me or asked me to hold on. After a couple minutes went by I said hello three times and no one said anything. I left to go to the stalls where everyone else was at and waited another close to 10mins around 11:30am. I am upset as I have not had sonic in the charlotte area in 2 years and now I remember why. Went to pick up a door dash around 10pm and waited at the speaker without anyone saying a word. I drove to the other side, pressed the button, told them I came for a door dash, then the female lied and said they didn't receive it. I pressed the button to make an order and was ignored.

I understand being understaffed, but the attitude from the person over the intercom was awful. I was also informed by the screen that my order was on its way out 4 minutes before it actually WAS on its way. Terrible service.
