I needed a quick takeout dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and the order was correct as we needed to change what we wanted when we ordered and everything came out perfect.

Can't pin down when they are open. You can drive up in the early evening and they'll be closed. Or they're only doing the drive thru and not the drive up. I even ordered online before going and still had to wait half an hour for my food. I don't recommend if you're really hungry. But stop by if you don't mind a hit or miss experience.

I've been coming to this Sonic for years since it opened and it used to be a great place for a burger or hot dog. But honestly to whomever is running this location now needs to let someone better take over. Or simply shut it down. The wait in the drive thru is always 30+ minutes. And the ice cream machine has inexplicably been "down" for over 4 months. Long enough the paper sign on the speaker has worn off from weathering. Their response is always that it's "getting fixed". I don't foresee myself coming back for a few months, only after reading the reviews & health scores. If it's still open.

I have eaten at this Sonic multiple times, because I live right beside it. In 10 out of the last 10 times I’ve been here, the ice cream machine has been broken. That is not an exaggeration. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, we can never have a milkshake. The food is decent, but the service is incredibly slow. The app does have some great value rewards. If you are craving a sonic meal, you can go for it here, but don’t expect it to be quick, and don’t expect any sweets with your meal.

They haven't had ice cream in over a year! How Is this possible? Their machine is constantly broken. Last time they told me they were waiting to get funds to order another one. Ridiculous. Food is cold and nasty. Slower than a turtle.
Assistant store manager and her coworkers have great customer service and sense of humor… haven’t been in a while but will come back for the fresh food

Really slow. Screens don't work.drive thru was only thing moving. Multiple people waiting and no service or food being delivered. Don't recommend. Even the online order customers were waiting. Took almost 30 min to get a hot dog!!

Sonic 5701 on Mount Holly Huntersville Road. After 20 minutes and 2 attempts to give us the wrong food, we demanded a refund. 92.0 health score. One girl either on her phone or out chatting with the people behind us. 4 cars were served behind us. The manager went to the bathroom with her phone in hand after the first 7 minutes and we never saw her again.This is the hell hole of bad customer service and not giving a damnHORRIBLE Horrible HORRIBLE
