Drive-through: I was handed the worst looking cheeseburger I’ve ever seen in my life, I wrapped it back up, drove back and handed it to the drive thru attendant and just left. Didn’t even ask for a refund or new sandwich it was sooo bad.
Very disappointed with my experience at Sonic. The customer service was horrible from the beginning. The employees were not friendly or helpful, and on top of that, our food order was messed up.
When customers are spending their money, they should at least receive what they actually ordered and be treated with basic respect. Do not come here. I’m writing this an hour into waiting for my food. Do not come here. I’ve seen multiple reviews for this location that talk about how they never leave bad reviews but their experience at THIS Sonic was bad enough to leave one. Add me to that list. Spent 20 minutes waiting at the stall for someone to even take our order.
