I came here around 7 this morning, and received possibly the best food, drink, & service I've received at any Starbucks. I placed my mobile order a mere 3 minutes before arriving here and it was ready for pickup by the time I walked through the door. I was greeted by all of the baristas, and the establishment was nice and clean. This location offers that small-town feel, which I really appreciate. I had a caramel apple spice & egg bites w/ sriracha sauce! Would 100% come here again.Parking: Parking really depends on the time of day. If you come to this location during the midday, expect a bit of trouble finding parking. Otherwise, you should be fine finding a parking space.

What a pleasant group of baristas. They were getting along together in a way I don't normally see at Starbucks. My drink was wrong ... BUT the barista corrected it promptly with a smile. I could ask for nothing more.

The 7am crew is amazing! No matter what morning that I come to this location, I am always welcomed with a warm greeting when I arrive and leave of: "good morning and have a great day!" My drink and food orders are always correct and made in a timely fashion, no matter how large or small the order is. This is hands down the best Starbucks in Charlotte. I can tell that the staff really takes pride in their job and value their customers. Thanks again!

The staff were super nice and my order was taken care of very quickly. The place has decent seating from what It looks like. The only thing is parking can be tricky every once in a while. No drive thru.

I always have the best service here. Girls (and guys) are efficient and polite. Always willing to go the extra mile...I usually ask for 2 tbsp of almond milk on the side with my tea and they know how to accommodate me. Great location and a great place to read if you like to find a quiet nook ?
At this location, the cashier, Theresa, cheerfully greeted me when I entered. I decided to sit inside and drink my coffee. I observed that she greeted every customer and was attentive to the store when it slowed down. She spoke with every guest as she moved about and said have a good day to the guests as they left the store. This is beyond the best customer service Ive seen. It allowed the other baristas to focus on properly preparing orders. My latte was very good and my overall experience there shows that management and staff at this location deserve 5 stars!?

I was next door at Panera when I ordered a drink. I no more than threw my trash out and walked next door and my drink was already completed and sitting on the counter, talk about some fast service. I will admit this lobby was cold, seemed like the ac was on and set to 65°. I wasn't greeted when I walked in or left but the service was quick.
