If i could give a negative zero i would. This Starbucks is near my house and conveniently located inside of harris teeter where i shop. I have been here about 5-6x every single time ive came when you walk up to the line, you are not greeted, they always seem upset to be at work never smile or are the least bit pleasant. I did an online pick up order this morning. It was supposed to be ready at 9:14. There was only one barista and 1 million people waiting for an online order, and people coming in to order. I finally asked if she had my online order at 9:37 and was met with an attitude like I hadn’t been sitting there for 30 minutes. My point is if you don’t have enough people working then don’t take online orders.
