The cashier wins the starbucks worst customer service competition. I gave him my starbucks gift card, he said it was invalid and took it away never gave back to me! It was a card given to me by another store and had $4 in it! Even if he doenst know how to charge from it, he should return back to me instead of taking it away. Then i gave him my starbucks app to scan and he said they dont accept apple pay, but it was starbucks app he didnt recognize their own app! Then i gave him my credit card, he overcharged by scanning a product twice. Then when I asked him for refund for the overcharged amount, he said he cant give me a refund.

Not exactly the perfect service and there is no seating around, but the location is great! There is no need for seats because you just grab your drink and go to the event. And they make drinks fast!

Horrible customer service!! I purchase a Starbucks drink almost every morning, I'm a big customer of this brand. I had done a mobile order to another location and they gave me the wrong item. It wasn't until I got to work in the convention center that I noticed and went to this location. I show the Starbucks employees my receipt and tell them how the previous Starbucks made a mistake. They had a horrible attitude and didn't want to help they said they are not even apart of the Starbucks brand. They could have just given me a pastry or exchanged it for anything and I would have been great full. They use the brand Starbucks but if a Starbucks customer has a issue they say there not apart of the brand. In todays date the employees working in this location horrible!!!
