It’s one of my favorite places to go in the weekends! Esp the service from Sophie: She is very professional and makes people feel warm: say hello to each guest nicely; keep tracking each order patiently for each guest……she is really like the sunshine!

This may be my favorite Starbucks in Charlotte! Great staff and management. It can be crowded at times, but there is seating inside and out. Waverly is an upscale retail area that is family friendly, clean and offers plenty of restaurants.
