It’s one of my favorite places to go in the weekends! Esp the service from Sophie: She is very professional and makes people feel warm: say hello to each guest nicely; keep tracking each order patiently for each guest……she is really like the sunshine!
This may be my favorite Starbucks in Charlotte! Great staff and management. It can be crowded at times, but there is seating inside and out. Waverly is an upscale retail area that is family friendly, clean and offers plenty of restaurants.
I’m not from the area, but have to travel there for Dr appointments. Every time I am around, I always mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru. The employees are always amazing and so friendly. The service is faster than any Starbucks I’ve been too. Not to mention, I usually order the same thing from every Starbucks, but for some reason it always taste better when I order from this one. I wish my local Starbucks was like this!
