Had to go home and make my own coffee! Do not bother placing a mobile order here. Waited 20 mins AFTER leaving the drive through line bc I sat there for 10 and it didn’t move. Luckily the line was so long I was outside of the parking lot and could leave. Everyone else was stuck. The items in my order came out 10 mins apart so my frappe was melted and egg bites cold. Im they didn’t even call out my name for the eggs bites and didn’t put them on the customer side of the counter, luckily I saw my name and grabbed them from the other side AFTER they were sitting there for idk how long.

Drinks are never ready at this location when they say they will be, they constantly make them wrong, and if you as them to correct it they're very rude about it.

Employee are super rude and completely encored me as I was trying to receive my order for the night. Had to leave without my order and wait til the next day. I’ve even walked thru the drive way to reach someone attention by the manager I believed just encores me and walks to the back as of she can’t see

Lived the new store design. Modern exterior, stylish furniture with tables for spreading out.It was noisy, however, with few customers inside. Probably the open space, high ceiling design.

waited 20 minutes for a mobile order (1 drink). 15 of those were in store past my pickup time. employees wouldn’t even look at me. not my first experience like this at this location. order was very clearly wrong when they gave it to me. ordered a java chip frap and the drink was vanilla colored and nasty. it just tasted like caramel and ice. i felt bad asking but still got it remade in the drive through and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my remake which at least tasted good!? my pickup was at 11:59 and i did not leave the location until 12:32. i’m actually so confused as to what takes so long at this location because it is not busy.
