This trip to Starbucks lifted my spirits because I was treated to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nancy put so much effort into making sure we were taken care of, this was such a good experience.
I don’t usually like a cold coffee, but Harvie has given me such a great consultation for my preference, so I couldn’t refuse) He made a perfect drink with good balance, just exactly what I wanted. I wish we would have more like “Harvie’s”customer service in our days!
