While the team is friendly, the employees have no urgency in performing their jobs. They talk too much amongst themselves and when there is a line of 5 or more customers, it takes at least 25 minutes for them to assist everyone. The staff is also not reliable as employees call off a lot or are late. Please address these issues as it’s clear from the reviews this store has issues.
Slowest Starbucks service ever which is interesting because there was enough staff behind the counter to manage the 3 people in line. The Barista at the front seemed bothered to take our order and slow to approach while waiting at the counter to place the order. Waiting 15 minutes + for 1 iced drink at 3 PM (one of their slowest times of day I assume) feels excessive. This Starbucks is in one of the busiest Target locations in the state and needs to get it together.
