I frequently visit this Starbucks location because it’s the closest to my house, and typically I don’t encounter any issues. This morning, I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I waited for a while, but I noticed the baristas weren’t preparing orders; instead, they were cleaning and restocking. After some time, I asked about my order, and after providing my name, one of the baristas pushed an iced latte toward me. I politely explained that I had ordered a hot drink, along with a sandwich. She then corrected the order and placed it on the counter. However, throughout this interaction, the barista did not speak to me at all, which I felt was poor customer service.
What really concerned me, though, was that the barista had tissue sticking out of one of her nostrils, as if she had a runny nose or was dealing with a nosebleed. As a pregnant woman with a compromised immune system, I found this extremely unsanitary. Given the situation, I would have appreciated it if she at least wore a mask to help reduce any potential health risks.

Starbucks is great of course. If you encounter Marianne on the other hand, please be ready to deal with rudeness and disrespect. She may have her personal issues, but that’s no way to treat a customer.Even the other employee apologized to me for her nasty behavior.

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest workers I’ve ever interacted with. Miss Marianne is a delight (especially when having to wake up at 7 am for coffee, her kindness is appreciated!)Sometimes the items are out of stock- no fault of their own- but this location will make sure to get you something you’ll enjoy if they don’t have what you originally wanted. Love this location!

The worst. A barista with a star sticker on her face was so slow and was keeping up the line. She was not even trying and didn’t care. The London fog was just like milk and foam. Then we asked for straws and she said we don’t have any, didn’t even check the cabinets. Like excuse me you work in Starbucks go find some straws.
