I truly don't know what is the issue with the weekend staff. This location has yet to get my order correct. I prefer to patronize this location because it's closest to my job and my home. But the day I decided that this is not the location I will patronize during the weekends or after 5:00 on weekdays. I will go all the way to southpark Mall or to the Potomac location closer to the airport. I'm done ??♀️??

Coffee is same as else where but 5 stars for the service and remaking my coffee because i asked for extra hot coffee and it was not so the young guys made a new and extra hot coffee latte for me.Appreciate for the customer service ??

We purchased a turkey sandwich, vanilla frappe, and coffee and it tasted good. The atmosphere seems pleasant, the shop was well maintained and it seems a lot of university students come here to finish their assignments. The staff were nice too.
I had a simple order. My daughter loves the warm chocolate chip cookies. Service was great but the review is because the associate was super friendly. I didn’t get her name. She worked on 1/4/24, tall and a black woman. I wrote this review to specifically shout her

Not a big coffee person, but I was blown away by the strawberry refresher. A really good drink that was full of flavor and not too sweet. Service was fast and easy. Very clean and decorated well. Definitely recommend trying a refresher!

This Starbucks has the rudest workers I’ve met. The few times I’ve been through the drive through I always left angry. And I’m not a person to get mad or write reviews but it has gotten too much. I’m writing this review because of this one female working bar on Monday 12/11/2023 at 11:03am. She had on a green sweater and she was about 5’3 she didn’t have a name tag on. None of them did. As well as the lady working on window. They made my drink wrong and when I went back in to kindly ask for something they had missed in it, they proceeded to add the wrong thing, so I kindly asked for a remake and the girl got an attitude. While I was holding the drink trying to show her that she had missed the crunch toppings she proceeded to pour caramel brûlée toppings on my hands. So rude! Please get her fired. I work in customer service and it’s all about patience and kindness and if you don’t posses these traits you shouldn’t be working there. Go do something online where human interaction isn’t needed.

When I come to Starbucks, I expect pleasant people and and all around good experience. The person at the drive through this morning clearly didn’t want to do their job. Tells me “we just got your order. Next time just wait a little bit before you come because we might be busy”. What? I’ll come when I decide to order coffee. If i get there and it’s busy, I’ll wait in line like everyone else ?My coffee was burnt so i had to go inside- defeats the purpose of using the drive thru….,and the chick making coffee was mad I asked for a remake. Like i should have been happy with a burnt iced drink. Then says “throw it away outside cuz, yeah”. Rude. Don’t spend your money at this location. It’s worth it to just go where you’re used to. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be here ?
