E10-E19 concourse starbucks is well. Not great. I went to go order and it was 30 min before closing and i wasnt allowed to order anything heated up. Then right after me the next patron was only offered hot coffee. Starbucks is like a church coffee bar at that point ? there were patrons in front of me who the employee told, “Take it up with customer service then”. Definitely the subway of coffee places now. Hire anyone. Charlotte airport has really sloped off in terms of employee quality. Even the carpet is taped together. It stinks, workers are hooping and hollering, using expletive's. Would definitely avoid this airport if i could. But. Here we are. This place needs a priest to bless it.

Airport Starbucks located in terminal D of Charlotte Intl Airport needs employee training to be friendly!!! All I saw on the 3 mugs of the employees were non smiles, and no greeting.Come on, enjoy your jobs!!!!! Early AM seeing a crew that is miserable is not endearing to return here. Completely unacceptable……Food was good! Hot Chocolate was very watered down tasting and basically no milk at all flavor either. Was like Chocolate water. Hood he way way better!!!!! 1/5 for that item. They need a full 3 person staff from 5:00 AM on. There was only 1 staff member on at 6:00 AM Thursday Feb 1 - unacceptable!!

Starbucks in the Charlotte airport terminal C - the girl making drinks was embarrassingly rude. The others working were awkwardly laughing at her behavior. Gross.

Came through on Saturday to concourse B. They were out of gingerbread syrup for the holiday chai. I ordered a regular chai with oatmilk instead, and the cashier rang it up as the holiday chai, no syrup. When I saw the receipt I asked why she did that and she said "it's only like $.40 more." Please retrain your staff.

They blocked off access to the desk and required people to order online. When we/others tried to order online, we all noticed they turned the ability to order at their store off.

Employees seem a bit stressed. The drink and cookie I got were up to standard. Everything seemed well kept. They were out of a lot of things. This is in an airport, so everything is filled with stress.

All the servers were rude at this location this morning. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and never received my coffee. I asked about my just black hot coffee and they ignored me. I waited 15 more minutes and then asked again. Finally after 30 minutes I received my hot coffee. All the servers were just really rude and acted like they hated their job. Not friendly at all and we’re hateful.

DO NOT COME HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CONCOURSE C. They were so rude to an elderly man that I tried to help him, and I sent him to another coffee shop. ATTITUDE CITY!!!! CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THESE JOBS EXIST. HOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT READS THIS AND INSTALLS COMPUTERS HERE OR SHUTS IT DOWN! To my understanding, the Concourse A location has better customer service. When you act as if customers are getting on your nerves (just opened at 5am), you do not want to be bothered, and you have an attitude JUST QUIT!!! This IS NOT the job for you!

Make sure you order way ahead of schedule, I did 30 mins and my mobile order still wasn't ready. This Starbucks was soo busy that I ended up having to leave to board my flight without my coffee. They had plenty of people working and they were working hard but I think there was sooo many orders that it was overwhelming.

Two simple iced lattes. BOTH WRONG! Expensive and had to wait more than 15 minutes for them! I recommend walking on down to Panera.
