Starbucks in the Charlotte Airport offers quick service with friendly staff, although the ambiance could be better. The employees strive to provide good customer service. The wait times can be long due to the busy airport location, but the staff works efficiently. Despite occasional issues with mobile orders, the drinks are delicious and the employees are kind and helpful. The large place has no chairs or tables and endless queues. The overall experience is positive, with dedicated employees ensuring customers receive their caffeine fix while traveling.
