Airport Starbucks located in terminal D of Charlotte Intl Airport needs employee training to be friendly!!! All I saw on the 3 mugs of the employees were non smiles, and no greeting.Come on, enjoy your jobs!!!!! Early AM seeing a crew that is miserable is not endearing to return here. Completely unacceptable……Food was good! Hot Chocolate was very watered down tasting and basically no milk at all flavor either. Was like Chocolate water. Came through on Saturday to concourse B. They were out of gingerbread syrup for the holiday chai. I ordered a regular chai with oatmilk instead, and the cashier rang it up as the holiday chai, no syrup. When I saw the receipt I asked why she did that and she said "it's only like $.40 more." Please retrain your staff.

Employees seem a bit stressed. The drink and cookie I got were up to standard. Everything seemed well kept. They were out of a lot of things. This is in an airport, so everything is filled with stress.
