The cashier, Isaac, was very friendly! Beyond that, it’s pretty disappointing and overpriced. I ordered one of the drinks I usually get at other locations and at this one, the coffee tasted terrible and there was way too much cold foam.

FYI a Mocha Frappuccino is not supposed to be drowning in chocolate sauce. Look at your menu pics. No chocolate sauce but mine had so much chocolate it was all I could taste even after scraping a ton from the top. $9 for a ton of chocolate sauce.

Large place but there are no chairs Good service, they do what they can They are fast but only two at the checkout and two ready And too many people wanting the delicious coffees Endless queues

Wheelchair accessibility: Inconvenient for wheelchairs. Reduced space and there are no chairs or tables.
