Starbucks in Charlotte/South Park area is a great place to get your morning coffee. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. The store is clean and well-managed, even during busy times. The egg bites are tasty and the drinks are made correctly. However, there have been some instances of staff being rude, such as one incident where a customer was yelled at for not giving enough time for a mobile order.
