I live uptown and have been coming to this Starbucks several mornings each week for several years using Mobile Order. The morning crew here is simply the best! Drew, Jaz, Austin, Janae, Brandon, and Mansi always take great care of me and have my order ready (apologizes if I missed a barista!).
I'm tickled that they know my order by heart. To walk in and be greeted by name AND a smile brightens my day! That level of kindness and personal touch is rare in service jobs these days and goes far with me. You never know what someone is going through and they make me feel like a celebrity when I walk in, making my morning off to a great start. I enjoy the little moments of small talk when it's not busy - it's nice getting to know the baristas personally. Even when it is busy, a quick "how is your day going" from the barista over the glass divider to acknowledge me is impactful.
My drinks are consistent, never sloppy, and perfectly made. I look forward to seeing the creative prompts on the dry erase board each week. If there is ever a snaffoo or mixup, (which is rare) they acknowledge it and insist on making it right immediately.
THANK YOU ALL for your hard work and positivity. We are all just trying to make it out here and I appreciate each one of you!
If I ever move from the area, I will truly miss ya'll and may just make the drive to keep coming back to this location! I hope this message makes it to you all!

If I could I would give negative stars for service and atmosphere. Slowest service ever seen and it was filthy dirty areas. You see employee slamming the empty cartons in trash and when missed no reaction. Employee prepared drink and slided the drink which tips off on the other side and no reaction. When asked for cream for my coffee, employee gave attitude and tells me I had to say it at time of ordering. Not coming back here ever again.

I asked for no whip cream because i’m severely lactose intolerant they put it on top i asked for it to be wiped off just to have it all in the bottom of my cup when i initially asked for none.
Worst Starbucks Cappuccino I ever had!
Never had pre-mixed sugar in my drink ever before, I’ve ordered the same drink 5x a week over a decade!
They took 15 mins to prepare the drink when it wasn’t busy!

A special shout out Brandon & Drew who were literally the highlight of our short trip to Charlotte! They were kind, friendly, full of energy and honestly made me want to move to Charlotte just to work with them. All Starbucks should follow their example and prioritize the customer experience :)

I’ve never experienced such racial experience in my life. Walked in with my family of color. Completely ignored not greeted. It was another race in front of us which took 6 mins to even get service in reference he provided them free drinks, phone exchanging etc . I requested my usually, the employee name Dru refuses to make (water) he stated I had to purchase a refresher in oder to receive. But had the nerve to state their drinks were free the other ppl in front of us all graceful.My partner felt uncomfortable and didn’t even want to order they usual customized drink . I will never attend this location . Disgusting how racist still exist.

I don't leave negative reviews. This is actually my first. But this was an experience I will not soon forget.
Came in here to do some work before meeting an out of town friend for dinner.
I ordered a decaf pour over and sat down to work. Barista called my name, and when I got up to take it from him he was holding it from the top, the lid popped and he dropped it as it poured towards me. My shirt and shorts get coffee on them.
What happened next is what just really kills me.
The dude immediately just looks down and begins cleaning up the coffee mess. I think I might have heard an "oh sorry." I stood there for a second waiting for him to offer me something to clean up. Realizing he wasn't going to, I went over to the counter and got myself napkins to clean up the coffee on my shirt, shorts, and legs. I walked back up and he says, "Here's your coffee, I put it in a new cup." I told him I wasn't so concerned about the coffee as I was my clothes being ruined and he proceeds to tell me how I can clean my clothes and how he's made the mistake of wearing light colors to work before. Excuse me dude, I didn't make a mistake. I wasn't planning on having coffee poured on me today when I got dressed.
In customer service, you have the opportunity to make a big deal of something so the customer doesn't have to. I worked at Starbucks 15 years ago (still remember my partner numbers), and if I had been on the other end I would have appropriately freaked out, apologized profusely, attended to the customer and helped them clean themselves up first, given them a free drink card (or 5), and made sure they knew they were the priority.
There are plenty of other Starbucks in uptown. Avoid this one. Your clothes will last longer.

I recently visited the Starbucks at 610 S Caldwell St in Charlotte, NC and had an amazing experience. The fast service on a Saturday was impressive, allowing me to quickly order my drinks without any hassle. The staff was absolutely fantastic, providing excellent customer service and making sure that my order was perfect. The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the store was remarkable, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. I was pleasantly surprised when every staff member greeted us upon entering and bid us farewell when we left. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for its fast service, great staff, and exceptional cleanliness.

After countless positive experiences stopping here every day on my way to work, today I felt compelled to write a review! These are some of the most customer service focused, friendly, positive staff members I’ve come across.
