Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the willingness of the employees to go above and beyond in their service. The excellent friendly staff is a highlight, and many enjoy the opportunity to relax and use the internet while having coffee for a few hours. The caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel drizzle and a shot of espresso is highly recommended and made perfectly. While the store is loved, the parking lot can be chaotic, and traffic coming in and out needs better direction.
