This Starbucks is very clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s fully staffed, but the team seemed more focused on talking with each other than serving customers. I waited 10 minutes for a single food item, so overall the service felt subpar. I’ll come back because the space itself is great, but I’d like to see the staff more attentive to customers instead of their personal lives.

PLEASE BE AWARE this Starbucks hires dangerous people. One of the employees at this location threw a drink inside of my car and at me. The employees were very rude and unprofessional, so was management.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. We arrived just one minute after I put in my online order and politely apologized for being early to pickup, but the staff still gave us major attitude. Even when we were being respectful and said “sorry” and “have a good day,” the girl at the window who had multiple piercings just shut the window on us without a word. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a Starbucks before. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from the brand, and I honestly don’t plan on coming back to this location.
