Their parking lot and area is so trash ridden and despicable me and my neighbors literally don’t go here due to the dumpy appearance of this place.

Slowest service ever. Half the time the inside is closed, so if you mobile ordered you still have to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. If you can’t properly staff the store close it. And if you can’t have the inside open for mobile order pickup, shutoff mobile ordering.

1 coffee 30 minutes wait.????????????turtles will run faster than the drive through line. If you can’t get the employees working, close the store for good. Wasting people’s time is not your job. I was expecting this store to improve over time, but I am terribly wrong. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE STORE AND WORST MANAGEMENT OF ALL STARBUCKS!!!

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been to. It is always very slow. You will spend at least 20 minutes in the drive thru and have a 50/50 chance of getting what you actually ordered.

Been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No one is taking orders and no one is answering the phone. They are making me late to my appointment. Very mad. Got to the window ARMANI told me thats unfortunate for you and was rude when i told him i was waiting for 25min. I got my order, it was made wrong. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. Got a regular one with barely any hot chocolate in it - tastes like water. Half of my sandwich was missing and cheese was in the wrapper. I want my money back immediately. Soo soooooo pissed off

This Starbucks SUCKS. I get my same order anywhere else and it taste the exact same. Somehow this Starbucks gets that exact same order wrong. At this point I believe the coffee itself is burnt every time. I’m in town in one week increments the whole week my coffee is wrong every morning.

Staff are super slow. We came here yesterday to order. There was 3 cars ahead of us. We waited over 30mins and we drove off. This makes NO SENSE!!!! Refusing to go back.

Nice new Starbucks, but they do not offer coffee in mugs. They also need a couple more baristas because they are very slow, particularly if you are ordering in. They seem to have lots of drive through orders which they prioritize above counter orders.

I do badly want this location to flourish because the staff is pretty nice, but the quality has consistently gone down the last few months. Something is always broken or out. Service is super slow. Inside...a mess. Hopefully, it'll make a turn around because it's an excellent close-to-485 location.

I feel compelled to give a ton of praise to Nisha (I hope I didn't mess up the spelling too badly) from this location. Something was apparently going wrong in the technology and they couldn't take orders the full hour I sat there. As soon as we approached the counter we were politely told of the issue and that they didn't know when it would be fixed. After an hour Nisha came over and apologized and handed us preloaded cards for our trouble. When we got up to leave she even asked which door we were leaving thru so she could open it for us. Her professionalism in giving us the info we needed, rallying the troops, and offering a token of apology went a long way with me tonight. Retail is a tough business and I'm finding that it's getting harder to find level headed people behind the counters who consider others at the businesses I frequent- I'm grateful that tonight I found the exception to the rule. Thanks Nisha!
