This location is my favorite. I go to this Starbucks every morning and the staff is always nice and their customer service is great. My favorites are Sharra, Destiny, Logan, Becca, Amber, and Veronica (morning staff), Lexi, Armoni, and Sophie (evening staff), anytime they’re there my (custom) drinks are ALWAYS PERFECT. If you’re in the area stop by, and ask for one of them and they’ll take care of you.
I’m so disappointed. I don’t even know why I keep coming back to this place. Today I even made a point of giving clear instructions so they would at least listen to me, but they still made the coffee almost undrinkable.

Barista after I ordered and she was getting ready to make my drink look at me said can I help you, I said that’s my drink just making sure you make it like in order since you didn’t take or hear me, then proceeded to not follow the order I like my drink made. This Starbucks it typically great but today this one person made it a bad review.
