I just applied to the job and still waiting on office to respond. But after reading all these comments I hope things have improved. I don't want any stress there and I plan on leaving my worse previous employment for this one . I met two cool folks there on my interview day .
Tonight was the absolute worst display of customer service. The entire prep line was in total chaos, no communication between anybody, and no sense of quality. It took more than 90 min to get a simple carry out order, and it also had to be remade because it was wrong. The assistant manager has no idea how to manage people or processes.

My order was supposed to be ready within 30 minutes, but here we are an hour later, and I am just leaving the store. I even used curbside delivery, but they missed the deadline.I walked inside once to see what was going on, but the girl at the cash register looked at me and walked to the back without offering to help.
