This is the most annoying Starbucks in town. I stop going just long enough to forget, but they always remind me when I return. There are never less than six people working but I’ve seen starbs with two employees run that thang like the military - you’re in and out.
The cashier does not say “hi” or even “what can I get you”. They hit the Gen Z stare until you finally just start speaking. Then they ask you to repeat every. single. item! I say I want the pink cake pop, they say which cake pop? I say I want a grande and they ask, what size?
Once you place your order please direct yourself to the waiting area of despair.
A slave to the tablet, every delivery must be packed immediately. Oh? Your drink is ready? If only they would slide it across the counter to you so you can leave this forsaken place. No no, watch them put 16 drinks and 7 bakery items into bags - slowly, delicately. Then they must presssss the seal. Preessssss it well. Do not press it too fast!!!! We don’t know what will happen and we don’t want to find out. There is an artistry to these things, I’m sure they would say. But wait! Is that you drink they just read multiple times and then slid behind a delivery bag. No way to tell, but I like your odds. Just wait another ten minutes and they will eventually realize their mistake. 50/50 on a “sorry for your wait” or a parting glazed over stare down.
Anyway I hate it there.

I had my first cup of coffee from Starbucks at this location in 1999 , I was almost daily customer since, the service have declined dramatically over the years , today I was there to grab a cup of coffee I stood there for a while and I was the only person there no one asked said a word to me although there was three people working it seemed like they are interested in there own conversation rather than focusing on the customers and that happens very often it’s really bad so I left and they didn’t even care

Ive been a regular since January, the employees have memorized my venti caramel frappe and are always so sweet. I love coming here to watch the cool cars pass by the window and draw/study on my laptop. Would definitely recommend coming here. Wish they would bring back the old comfy chairs they had back in 2015, they made the place so much cozier.

The two girls working there were not friendly at all, they did not greet us or anyone else who walked in. One of the girls didn’t get my order correct either, they just seem to not care about customers coming in or care to listen to a simple order. Not a friendly environment and I will not be coming back.

Always a watery macchiato! Stingy with espresso but generous with milk.
I believe in giving companies a second chance, but never again with this location. The 1st issue was a few weeks ago when my tea wasn't made correctly. The 2nd one happened this morning, I had my own cups and my tea wasn't made in the cups. The young man that took the order didn't put in that I had them. I advised the young lady I had them and they were still made in the regular cups. When I expressed my concern I was given a lame excuse of the tea had to steep and he didn't want me to get burned, but I had 2 stainless steel cups. Every other Starbucks I go to has no issues putting my tea in my cups ONLY THIS ONE. PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

The employee was very disrespected and short with me simply because I asked why there was a price difference in the drink I ordered from that location and the Starbucks in Cotswold…I’ve been a Starbucks loyal member for over 20 plus years…Their is more to it but not worth going into it…I will never patronize Starbucks again…..
