This is a great Starbucks location and the staff there is wonderful. Only four stars for the food because I’m not a big fan of their microwave food but some of the food is still decent.

I frequent this location (Albemarle RD) because it’s closet to my home, I have given this location several opportunities the drinks NEVER taste like what you order or look like the drink. My Chai Tea taste like milky water only, Pink Drink milkly water. Today I tried Lavender And Green Matcha they had just a drizzle of lavendar on the lid. Yesterday I ordered Caramel Macchiato weak. Both times I questioned the drink and I’m told the lavender was blended, yesterday with the Macchiato it blended wit the cream. I think they move to fast and don’t know how to make the drinks “correctly”. I have to ask them is this the right drink. I go to the location on Prosperity, Rocky River and Hwy 49. No issues and the drinks taste delicious and they look like what I ordered. The Albermarle location is never busy anymore. What Starbucks doesn’t have cars galore in drive thru? Albermarle Rd. The people and service are wonderful the drinks are HORRIBLE!!! I spend 15.00-30.00 every other day…I can’t do it anymore.

This particular location is fairly new so maybe management is still trying to get a flow going but...there was barely any communication from the person taking my order, other than the quickest, "will that be all?" and to tell me my total. My order was to go, and I had to head out right after, but when I did open the paper bag, she had given me the wrong flavor of cake pop. I completely understand if they were out, but tell me if that's the case so I can decide for myself what flavor to substitute with.Starbucks, yall need to do better. I don't frequent them much cause I don't particularly like their coffee, but those that are loyal customers deserve better.

I will never come back. The customer service is horrible. No one is smiling or pleasant. I had 4 bakery items and was handed them individually. Once I asked for a bag with handle to better carry my items (had to park far due to congested parking lot and line wrapped around building) , the female acted as if it was such a huge bother and the proceeded to hand me a bag with dirty substance on outside . Once I asked for a new bag at register, another female was rude and told me she didn’t have any bags behind register so I had to ask if she could locate me a new one.I ordered inside and the inside is dirty.Ordered two Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and they were disgusting, watered down and not sweet in any capacity.My plain bagel had something green and red on top of it so I couldn’t eat it.Muffin was hard.Called this location and phone kept ringing and then automatically disconnected. No one ever answered.I’m disgusted.I have not patronized Starbucks in a while and I won’t be returning.

They never get my hot drinks right. Weather I order drive-thu or DoorDash. Always wrong. I pay extra money to have syrup put in my drinks and it take not but a few seconds to do. As a former Starbucks employee of a different location. Slow down, READ the ticket and pay attention. You work for a multi millionaires company. Make it worth the money and time I spend.

Bathrooms are disgusting- there is fecal matter under the toilet seats, paper everywhere and no soap - the soap dispenser was open with water in it.

I asked for cream and had NO rude response or comment like at the Locust Starbucks, alot better customer service, alittle under staffed but alot of places are struggling with this...The Day Manager is a sweetheart and helped me with questions when Locust Starbucks yelled at me to put something on the app that can't be put on the app.. she said just ask we will make sure you have it no problem.. awesome service!Parking: Easy for the most part to get in and out.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re fast but they do not make drinks right at all. It’s so frustrating cuz this is the closest one in the area but geez!
