I frequent this location (Albemarle RD) because it’s closet to my home, I have given this location several opportunities the drinks NEVER taste like what you order or look like the drink. My Chai Tea taste like milky water only, Pink Drink milkly water. Today I tried Lavender And Green Matcha they had just a drizzle of lavendar on the lid. Yesterday I ordered Caramel Macchiato weak. I had a mobile order our barista was so friendly and helpful he really made us feel appreciated and served us with a smile our order was ready and was correct this was a great experience on a Sunday

This is a great Starbucks location and the staff there is wonderful. Only four stars for the food because I’m not a big fan of their microwave food but some of the food is still decent.
