Sha was wonderful at explaining the different latte drinks. The manager Ann wasn't friendly. I asked for ones for my twenty after I've my purchased my dessert and a latte. She refused to open the register as if I was going to robbed her. I've never felt so discriminated. I think because I'm in a urban area? I never ever received this type of treatment in wedington. They closed the lobby at five the store hours are until eight pm.Parking: At 5:18pm we were ask to leave so they can mop? Omg ?

When they say they close by 9pm they mean by 8pm they start picking up and cleaning to close. Young kids who just ignore your presence. Born after 1999. When I worked retail I had to work until closing even past closing. Even if a customer showed up a half an hour before closing. Now these young kids are soft and don't know what working really is. Starbucks needs to get it together with these young kids.

The kind of disrespect I received yesterday at the window after paying for a drink that wasn’t mine is RIDICULOUS! I had went back after realizing I was given the wrong drink. By then the place was closed but the employees were still there. I had honked my horn to get the females attention and instead of coming to the window, she yelled from the register that they were closed. I then proceeded to grab my drink and show her that I wasn’t trying to order, but that they gave me the wrong drink and was trying to get my money back. She just kept yelling that they were closed. I decided to wait a while longer for another worker to come but they all just ignored me. I then got out of my car and started yelling “you gave me the wrong drink, and I didn’t pay for this” but they continued to ignore me, while one started taking fake selfies and laughing as it was all a joke that I was mad. They didn’t even have the decency to come to the window and attend a customer who PAID, when they’re the ones who messed up my order. Instead, they laughed as if it was funny seeing how frustrated I was. I’m a regular customer here and have never received this treatment in any other Starbucks. To say I’m disgusted in their behavior is an understatement and will be taking this to corporate. If you don’t know how to treat customers, than customer service clearly isn’t for you.

Pulled into the drive thru and was the only car there, no one inside or drive thru, took 10 mins for someone to even take our order, we ordered two frappuccinos and then it took almost 10 mins for someone to even take payment and come to the window, we didn’t receive a receipt and our frappuccinos tasted watered down and not frozen. Just terrible.

The barista/cashier was very friendly and nice. Just wish the prices were more reasonable and that the driveway/drive up was better. Not a fan of the one lane one way.Parking: The parking lot is a little strange but there are about five to ten spaces.

I hate to rate this low because this location has been my favorite for months. But recently my husband and I went here, the lobby was closed because they were short handed, we ordered our normal drinks we get everyday and which was vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The drink tasted like strong coffee with a hint of milk, no sweetness whatsoever, so we asked them to remake. They complied and made the same exact tasting beverage. My husband went up to the window and told them his drink was wrong again. He understood they were busy and was willing to wait, but the girl that helped him was rude and just handed him a tiny cup of vanilla syrup. We pay almost $13 for 2 drinks, is it too much to ask that they taste good? My husband was irritated by her rudeness and threw the little cup on the wall. That girl has now banned us from this location. All we wanted was our drinks to taste right, the ones we got were terrible!!! Wake up Starbucks, you are losing a loyal customer who spends about $4000 a year, I'll guess I'll just find a better coffee shop.

I buy coffee for my mom and dad and will treat myself to a latte on the weekend. My mom is in her 70’s and rarely drives so I bring it to her when my dad can’t.Yesterday the cashier was cool nice guy just adding. However the lid to my mom’s coffee wasn’t secure. As I am getting out of the car to bring my mom her coffee the cup collapsed in on itself dousing my legs, the inside of my car, my phone with hot coffee. Hot enough to make me hold my breath, no burns. Someone with weaker skin would have burned.Today, I go there explain to the cashier what happened and that I will need a tray for my drinks after placing another order. Instead of empathy I got attitude. I paused to take a second to hopefully help this cashier to understand empathy, I don’t think it worked. I still after providing real time feedback on behaviors that need to be corrected, I still had to ask for a tray. I STILL HAD TO ASK FOR THE TRAY!I do customer service for a living, I train bankers on how to be more empathetic. I am also a professional chef have worked in the front and back of the house. When something wasn’t right I took ownership. A little well placed concern and a tray is what I asked for Never got once statement of empathy, and almost had to beg for a paper tray so my mom can have her coffee. So now I’m writing this complaint.

Thus us my favorite starbucks. The staff is always friendly and nice. The food is always great and so are the drinks. I come here a lot because I work full time and go to college part-time this is a great place to stop for coffee and food. I don't know who the manager is of this store but, I hope they'll see this review and know that they have a great staff. Treat them well. Your amazing staff is hard to come by.❤️
