I got the chicken sandwich which was way too spicy and had too much Buffalo sauce! They didn’t have drink prices on the menu, I ordered a margarita and it was $22?!? What?!? Way too pricy. If I’d known I wouldn’t have ordered it which is probably why they don’t disclose the prices. The service was good though but they weren’t busy. Won’t go there again. Put your prices on the menu!!

Server was great and good came very quickly.Nachos were very poorly constructed, and lukewarm, with slightly-improved canned cheese sauce. Toppings were not evenly distributed and chips were overly nestled. Pork was decent. Flavor of the corn-bean mix was quite good.Charged $4 for carbonated water from the bar dispenser (not a can or a branded product). Didn't have the Heineken 0.0 that was on the menu, and had no other non-alcoholic beers or mocktails (hence the soda water).

I had lunch here in one of my layovers.The service was really good and fast.The food was good too, but I was expecting a little bit more of avocado in my avocado sandwich! However, delicious standard bar food!And they have a nice view of outside!

This is another example of overpriced and bland airport food. I had a dry cheese burger with burnt bacon, slimy lettuce, tomato, and a bun that fell apart. The French fries were tasteless and not hand cut. My server was nice. Save your money,

Definitely some of the worse food I’ve gotten at an airport. I wish I had gone and gotten grocery store sushi at the atrium lolChips may be spot fried b/c some are pale and some are golden. They’re all very soggy from the salsa, excessive amount of sour cream, jalapeño, “cheese,” and corn salsa ; like, literally soggy.The sour cream… WOW. So much. Like a 1/4 C of sour cream. The guac was also 1/4 of a whole avocado not cut up fully lolI was hungry and trying to eat quick but it did not stop the sogging from happening. Why is there so much stuff on top ? Why is it all wet stuff on top ? I think having nachos come à la carte would make it better.I think I ate 1/4 of it and couldn’t stomach the rest… and for $17… I could not recommend this place.

The waitress added an extra $5.00 on to what I tipped. When filling out my expense report for work the amount charged and the photo of the signed receipt do not match. Food and service weren't great either.

Nice people - the person who seated had a telephathy i like high Chairs and close to air plane where i can see them and take pictures near the ramp or gate Very nice/.. i did not get his name- but while leaving i told thanks to him and i was in a hurry so i said i have to rush to take the plane- boarding already started. Good one definitely on B side to check out . Close to B16 Nice people.. Debbie, Jason & maybe more good folks possibly working There may be many more Miss. Debbie is the most popular and everyone talks to her and she goes out of the way to help or talk. Jason called nice as a true brother frined. Nice he understands i had a Pizza but he was kind to let me eat but i did not eat and said i will take to some family friends or so Thanks and good and great experience- closer to the Gate Able to jump in immediately They have Salt and Pepper Fries- that was nice-anything with Salt or Pepper i love it , like Jalapenos Thanks again Sri

A typical airport bar, which is absolutely nothing special. Not too clean, while the menu seems to nice were out of half of it. Only 1 person serving so takes a long time for simple order of a beer
Lost my credit card, I found it on another persons table after they left. Per the waitress it was the 2nd one that day. Plus another patron had the same thing happen with a different waitress. They then told me they would take care of the meal but still charged my card. But it was the wrong bill & was ~$20 mor than my bill & now they do not have a valid phone # to contact.If I could rate this place ZERO I would!!!!Do not go here.

Bar Tender was friendly and understanding. She was great when everyone flooded in from all the cancelled and delayed flights. As a Travel Advisor I recommend this bar and Terry! Terry you are a very sweet lady!

Not bad as far as airports food goes. It was the least busy in terminal B on a day that every restaurant had a waiting list. The hot ? chicken sandwich is outstanding but the salt and pepper fries are terrible and not worth the $6.99.

Wow if it could leave 0 I would. This place is not only disgusting but it also has the most rude staff known to man. Never been treated as rudely as we were here and we have not eaten at home for over 3 years! Avoid this place at all costs!! There’s some beautiful restaurants in Charlotte airport and this one is not one of them. They should not be in business!I’m also going to need to call once they open up today because according to my bank statement, they charged me $67.00 for 1 beer and a $3 tip. How much is the beer!?! Save your money, folks this place is not worth your time or your efforts.

One of the worst experiences in airport dining that I’ve had. The server, a tall woman with shoulder length hair, was rude, demanding, and made us feel unwelcome. Wait time was minimal. Food served quickly. Pork nachos were okay. The buffalo wings were mealy and tasted like dog food; I couldn’t finish them and I love wings. A watered down Bloody Mary was $18 and was so foul tasting that neither my wife nor I could finish it. Overall an unpleasant experience and a waste of money.
