Food was delicious but we had reservations for 9p after a Panthers game and service was extremely slow - took an hour for our food to arrive. Staff was lovely but overwhelmed. Be prepared to wait, even with reservations, on a big game night.

I come every few weeks/months to come and read or a date night and have always had stellar service and great conversations with the staff! The winter menu is delicious the duck has been the best variant on any of the recent menus as well. Thank you for the staff for always providing excellent service every time I come in!

Very good solo dinner experience prior to attending the Charlotte Invitational. My server Diamond was bubbly, personable and provided excellent recommendations. The Stoke Manhattan was smooth.

We paid $55 a person for a horrible hotel buffet. No where in the booking did it mention this would be a buffet style dinner, and I never would have booked if I had known that. There were bugs flying around the food, it was cold, and they didn't keep fresh food consistently out. The worst meal I've honestly ever had, and it is frustrating because we paid so much for it.

The appetizers were phenomenal. Sadly the service was horrible. My friend and I didn't even get to order entrees because we saw our server twice throughout the night- First when she greeted us, and second, when she took our appetizer order. I had to flag down the busser to get our bill. The server dropped off our bill and raced away. I waited for her to come back but she never did. I took my card up to the hostess to tab out because we had a show to attend.

The food was absolutely wonderful! I had the octopus appetizer, and it was perfectly cooked (not overdone). I also had the fish with orange gremolata, greens, and cannellini beans. The restaurant is located inside of the Marriott.

Has a 6pm reservation. Server advised kitchen was slow so no big deal. 1.5 hour wait for salads is a bit much. My friends order wasn't complete. Brought her half cooked shrimp. Perhaps a bad night but personally I won't be back.

The opening night cast party for the Broadway musical Wicked, playing at the Belk Theater in Uptown Charlotte was at Stoke. The food was excellent. The service was good, and it was a nice atmosphere.

The best service by Diamond! She was very energetic and fun. We had a company dinner after a full day of meetings and Diamond did an excellent job making sure that we were well attended to. All the food she recommended was really good, cocktails were on point and that huge 3 pound donut was the icing on the cake. Thank you for a wonderful evening
