Kids were running wild with no supervision. Two of them drank directly from the sweet tea dispenser by putting their mouths on the faucet...and not once but twice! I doubt I will ever come back to this location. Nasty.
The idea of toasting a sub was to make it warm/hot right? Guess I was wrong. They toasted my sub twice but I noticed it was not left in the oven as long as it normally is. The sub also should be folded open when put in the oven to expose the meat to the warmth and not just the bread. Thus after 2 attempts, it was an utter failure as the entire inside of the philly cheese was cold and unpleasant. Please advise the crew/ team are aware of how to properly use the equipment. Ordered a guacamole turkey bacon sub and worker did not tell me they had no guacamole until she had almost finished making my sandwich. I asked why she didn't tell me when I first ordered. No answer.
