Ordered a guacamole turkey bacon sub and worker did not tell me they had no guacamole until she had almost finished making my sandwich. I asked why she didn't tell me when I first ordered. No answer.

Kids were running wild with no supervision. Two of them drank directly from the sweet tea dispenser by putting their mouths on the faucet...and not once but twice! I doubt I will ever come back to this location. Nasty.

Horrific. I do the online ordering to grab a fix on my lunch break, as I work in one of the offices down the street. I originally went in, but it took so long and was so awkward because the sandwich "artists" were more preoccupied with their conversation than assisting the guests. First attempt at online wasn't terrible. The sandwich wasn't correct, but it was a minor error. It was at least ready when requested, had friendly service and was warm and fresh. Which is what you hope for a toasted sub. Today. Not so much. Ordered a cold sub, it's warm and soggy. Maybe I shouldn't have requested 2:45 pick up at 1:40. But it was worth a shot. The bread was all kinds of stale and burnt. The sandwich was just wet on the bottom half. Weird combo, soggy and crunchy. The service though. Awful. I walked up to the counter. "Hi!" No response. "Hi excuse me?" No response. "I have a..." girl turns her back to me. What?! You literally just ignored a guest and turned your back to them?? Baffled. The other girl on the line just watched confused then finally grabbed my sub and asked me if I had paid. Apparently they don't train on services offered. I understand subway is a lot of first jobs for high school kids or college kids needing to make a buck - but at least get people willing to TRY.

The idea of toasting a sub was to make it warm/hot right? Guess I was wrong. They toasted my sub twice but I noticed it was not left in the oven as long as it normally is. The sub also should be folded open when put in the oven to expose the meat to the warmth and not just the bread. Thus after 2 attempts, it was an utter failure as the entire inside of the philly cheese was cold and unpleasant. Please advise the crew/ team are aware of how to properly use the equipment. Thank you.

Service is horrible. The staff almost seem pissed off about being there. At no time did they greet any of the customers, nor did they even make eye contact. They answered questions with short 1-word answers. Their sandwich making was uneven (the lady in line before me ordered the exact same sandwich that I did and I noticed she got 7 slices of meat, while I only got 5). I do love eating at Subway but I certainly wont be coming back to this location!
