I drove to this location because I love subway and it’s the only one that’s open at this time. When I arrive the nice young lady tells me the man in front of me the man in front of me “is her last customer because she is by herself”. This is not a customer’s issue. This is a staffing issue. I asked what time they close and she says 10. I explain my point of view. Someone from the gas station side goes a gets a “manager” who comes out in plain clothes and definitely not on a professional manner. He almost have off in security or bodyguard vibes, Big Chain and all. He tells me they “technically” close at 9:30. The food was fine as always but the customer service needs work. And maybe staff accordingly. And maybe contact google to correct the time and remove 10 from the door.

Customer service is my favorite part of visiting this location. The staff is amazing and friendly. Sometimes I stop in jusy to day hello. The ladies there deserve a raise!

How come girl can tell to customer "calm down" when I see that she is using wrong bread?! No sticker with name so can't say ... But I know that I was calm I just tried to be helpful cuz she would do another one... So I feel that as aggression towards customer!
