This is absolutely the worst food I have ever put in my mouth. The service was pathetic. The manager even more so. The oysters were spoiled and there bar eatables might as well been. There is a reason they are in a run down shopping center behind a Hooter’s. Save your money. McDonald’s has better beef.
Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. She was bubbly and was helpful with making our choices for dinner. The manager on duty even came by to see how our food and experience was. Highly recommend Sullivan’s.
Want to start off by saying I have worked at one of the most respected fine dining groups in Charlotte for over a year. I went to Sullivans to celebrate an anniversary yesterday and felt very wronged by the experience. We thought a bottle of wine would be nice and asked the servers opinion between two bottles at the same price point. He suggested an upsell to a considerably more expensive bottle, and I declined and said we would stick with one of the two we were looking at....read full review
