Untrimmed chicken patty. Take the time to trim out the fat felt like I was biting into a cheap chicken nugget 🤢. For the price I expected better. Ended up eating the bread and pickles. We won’t be back.

This place is like a step up from Chick-fil-a as if that well known brand couldn’t get any better. Well Super Chix makes it happen! The custard is delicious, the chicken sandwiches are beyond substantial. It’s an awesome place to enjoy good eats if you are a fried chicken person.

Very unprofessional management and overall experience. Very uncleanly environment, saw multiple cockroaches, and hair in my food. Food is extremely greasy and overpriced, would not recommend in the least.

I wanted some ice cream and I went straight to SuperChix at Stonecrest. The custard is so rich and creamy. It really hit the spot after a long day!! The staff was friendly and the Resturant was clean and comfortable.
We LOVE super chix. We come once a week if we can, and the food is amazing. They never freeze their chicken and that’s what makes this the best chicken place in CLT. The different fry options & delicious custard are the BEST too!! I’m so obsessed with the sauce bar too. On top of that the atmosphere is fun, not too loud, colorful, and very clean. The service is what makes this the best place though. Today Ava took our (very chaotic) order and she was phenomenal!! Despite our crazy specifications she got everything perfectly down and the food was delicious because of it, just what we had ordered. Thank you so much!!!
