EXCELLENT customer service! We are on vacation and stopped in after tasting a sample. The staff was extremely friendly and treated our family very well! Seriously, over the top! We will definitely come again on our next trip. The food was also very good!

Nice, friendly staff. Food was great. Buffalo Ranch sandwich was spicier than expected, but I love spicy food. The piece of chicken was one of the best I've had. Perfectly breaded and no fatty parts. Cajun fries taste similar to Five Guys, these are just skinnier. Slaw had the homemade taste to it and was watery, which I prefer. The Reese shake was Ok, out of everything I had that was probably my least favorite, but I would still order it again! Tons of crumbled up Reeses inside

Super Chix is the place to go if you're craving a chicken sandwich. They have multiple flavor combinations to choose from including limited time specials like the Korean BBQ flavor that was fantastic. We also enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich for only $8 during CLT hot chicken week. The fries are homemade and hand cut fresh daily. As a condiment fiend, I was obsessed with the sauce bar. You should get a little taste of them all! Everything is served in a welcoming, bright, clean, fast-casual environment and the staff were super friendly. They let us try a sample of their Butterfinger ice cream that was very delicious. Try it out!

Made a special trip out to Super Chix and boy was I glad I tried their chicken deluxe sandwich here. Definitely wanted to get the sandwich here but there are other offerings like salads and tenders. Walk up to the register and order. The staffer was nice and also gave me the easy nod toward the black pepper and rosemary fries. After you get a drink cup, go check out the sauce bar right next to the drink fountain. Grab a table and put your number on the table. Your food comes out piping hot and super fresh. Self serve bussing here but I lingered long enough where another nice staffer came by and took my trash and tray. Since I stayed and dined in, I got to enjoy the comfortable dining area. Super chix's promises of quality service and excellence in all things chicken emblazon the walls. Overall a great experience and I will definitely come back. PS- while I was enjoying my order a friend group came in to have lunch together, only one of them already had a bag of a competitor chicken sandwich maker in the area. I mean it takes some guts to do that.... But I thought it was funny.

First time visit and really enjoyed the meal. The grilled Nashville hot chicken sandwich and rosemary pepper fries were both hot and fresh. The variety of dipping sauces was a nice added bonus as well. I look forward to returning and trying out their tenders on a future visit.

BBQ tasted like Sweet Baby Rays original. Custard Ambiance was open and bright but not too busy. Made for a relaxing dining experience. Not as good things: Price point for the sandwich seems a bit high Service was fine but I've heard it was SUPER friendly and I didn't get that at all at this location. They were out of their promoted Korean BBQ at the sauce bar and the Nashville Hot was just spicy and not very flavorful IMO. Dining room had just a few too many tables so it felt crowded Custard was a little icy and lacked a deep vanilla flavor other custards have. They use peanut oil. All those with peanut allergies will need to go elsewhere. Is it still 5? Absolutely! I'd come back again to try some of their fried pickles and hand cut fries for sure. Chicken had great flavor! I'm excited to see this franchise grow into more areas of NC. It's gonna give the other chicken places a run for their money.

The food deserves a better review. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Especially the Nashville hot. The fries are run of the mill fast food fries. The shakes are decent as well. However for the price I won't return. A meal for one with a drink is about $20. Way too much for what they are offering compared to the competition. A family of four can do much better for $80 IMHO. Not recommended based on value.

We LOVE this place! The chicken is absolutely the best around - large strips that are juicy, crunchy and served screaming hot. These are not your typical "tendies"! They even reheat perfectly in an air fryer, if you have leftovers. The variety of sauces is pretty large and varied (although a Garlic Parmesan would be nice!). The ice cream looks amazing but I'm always too stuffed to try it. Be prepared for a small mountain of fries if you order them as a side. Also, they recently sponsored the latest production at the Matthews Playhouse so they're a good neighbor, too!
Look out Chik-fil-a this place has superior quality food. We visited based on previous reviews and now see they're valid - SC rocks. Very friendly staff and all the products we bought were perfectly cooked and succulent. Will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Went on Sunday during lunch. Great crowd. They were busy but not packed. People picking up orders. Also good to see a place busy because it means food is good. First time there. I came for hand cut fries. Their hand cut fries are fresh. They cut skinny size, like stringy. You can order different flavors, I did Cajun large fries it was good. I think next time I will do plain. We order chicken sandwiches. It was good, I recommend to get lettuce and tomatoe to get more flavor.Other stuff:Friendly staff, order at counter. They bring food to the table. And they also pick up plates from the table. Great service!They have soda and tea machine , soda is Pepsi products and Dr Pepper.They also have free sauces, I think over 10 different sauces. Barbecue, hot, ranch…etcI would go back again
