This location forces you to use the drive-through as the doors to the dining room remained locked even during a busy lunch rush. Understandably this could be because of staffing issues. But when the drive through line is nearly wrapping the building, I find that unacceptable.

This Taco Bell store and service is the worst the manager is Will there and he can’t even solve one small problem and when u ask for higher management they don’t help but the store number is 5457 and I hope maybe this can get to upper management’s because this is non stop problem. I order two flat breads they give me one and not only it looks bitten and it was cold. I only live 1.2 miles down the road and there is no way is would get cold in 5 mins and they said the best they can do is remake it and that’s all they can say every time. They don’t care about your time you have to waste going back or won’t even give u like an extra store credit for messing everything up. I rather you guys go to another location.

Absolutely no meat in the crunchwrap. They didn't even put a full scoop in it and mind you a scoop is what goes into the tiny soft tacos.

It may take a little longer to get your order, but it worth it!! Food is always hot and the order is correct. I recently learned the additional 2 minute wait is due to my order being made to order!!!! I love it!!!

This is the problem with automated ordering and no front of house staff. I have been here for 20 min with no help. I ordered selected cash and No one came to collect payment for my order so it never sent to the back. I am now I am late for work with no time to eat. Manager in the office in the back did not even come out to address the issue or apologize.
Sonya Is by far the rudest gm I’ve ever seen . Completely refused to remake my order once I told her it was wrong and she told me that I would have to re purchase another burrito if I wanted another one … all I have to say to that is

A staff member came over to inform me they now REQUIRE everyone who wants to place an order to TOUCH a screen….that dozens of others have touched….and will continue to touch before closing. GROSS! Diseases are spread this way. Remember corona? No touchy touchy anything? To now EVERYONE must lay their fingers on a piece of glass. You have brought Taco Bell down.

They did away WITH the SENIOR drink now abt $1.45 JUST NOT FAIR! Also you have to place your order on a kiosk machine, literally no true service across the board. They were letting PEOPLE inside to eat. So far getting better and better for now@ only problem as service is a LITTLE slow@ only slightly getting better sry to say. To be honest slightly getting better. Was there today and getting better for now@
