I just started my vegan journey and decided to give this place a try! Food was amazing and delicious!!! Wish there was an option to substitute the rice! I had the chicken plate with a side of Mac and cheese and VOTD and it was amazing!! It was so tasty. Will definitely order again!!!

This is by far the best Vegan restaurant I've tasted in Charlotte. Customer service is super A1. Fod is amazing. Jerea and Sharrod are pure class and patient with their customers. Much success, you have a customer forever!

The meals are amazing! Pick up and go situation. For those weekends I dont feel like cooking and need a home cooked meal= Yeesss to Taste of Vegan Soul! Just praying for their big restaurant to manifest one day..Charlotte needs it!

I like the ghost concept the space Taste of Soul is in, the wait wasn't long & the food was 🔥🔥🔥. I didn't feel sluggish after eating the BBQ jackfruit plate, which is why I love eating plant based foods. Highly recommend.

Greeeeeeeat customer service! The food was so good & owners were very welcoming. My first time eating vegan food and OMGGGGG SO GOOD! Very patient, attentive, and personable team. Knowledgeable of the benefits of each item on menu which is a plus especially being that I’m a first timer trying vegan. Definitely 10/10!

Taste of Soul is a hidden gem in the city of Charlotte. The order was easy to place on their screens, this pick up kitchen actually has seating inside the location which was perfect, and the food was absolutely amazing. I am always on the look out for that soul food feel without the meat. For this to be completely vegan, the food was seasoned and cooked extremely well. Even my meat eating husband enjoyed the food. The portions are just enough, and the prices are reasonable to vegan food. The co-owner Jerea even came to check on us and make sure all was well with our order. We will definitely be stopping back here on our next visit!

Tried their Broccoli Chikn Stayk Alfredo Bake yesterday and it was incredible! 15/10. Hoping that it becomes a permanent dish on the menu. Definitely would recommend

I had the jackfruit ribs. Mac & Cheese Black eye peas. Came with rice and a slice of bread $30 peach cobbler $9.99 Bill came to $43.27 The food was very flavorful. They know how to make the jackfruit also. It came with a bottle of water. I felt like it was pricey, but it was filling (i eat a lot) so I'm not mad. I would go again.
