great froyo but second to sweet frog only due to prices...still great, and worth it. Kids love it and also makes for a good spot to hit after a dinner date.

This trash store , came in one morning it was so dirty and the yogurt I got had to be expired because me and my sons were sick for 3 days. Called and explained to a manager “Michelle” she told me they put out expired boba the day before and forgot to take it off the topping bar , she told me “ you’ll be okay within 2 days”. NEVER GOING BACK
Very unfriendly staffs who treated me and my kids very poorly. We went there twice and both time were horrible. I’ll not set my foot in that place ever again.

Toppings were put up ahead of closing and the employee refused to allow me to use those toppings citing “the tops are hard to clean” and that she cleaned them ahead of closing because she could.8/24 - my receipt says 9:59PM - we did have a minute or so conversation regarding the toppings before I paid. I know it was only a minute before closing, but all pump and squeeze bottle toppings were already on the back counter uncapped and wrapped in plastic wrap when I arrived in the store. I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to allow me to use two of those toppings and clean only those two after the doors were locked.

I took my grandson to this business a couple of days ago. He went into the establishment and got a cup and brought it to me first. The young lady that worked there thought that was so nice. He got a lot of gummy worms, gummy figures. There is a restaurant in that strip section but they had two men directing traffic, had to park on the side of wall. Too busy when everyone is coming from work. This is a popular place.
This is a great frozen yogurt pretty close to downtown Charlotte - only a few minutes away by car! I think TCBY is one of North Carolina’s bigger frozen yogurt chains, but just because it’s a chain doesn’t mean it’s any less good. You’ll feel like a kid again picking all your different ice cream flavors and toppings. Go one way and have mostly frozen yogurt with almost no toppings, or go the other way and fill your cup to the brim with toppings! Just keep in mind they price you based off your ice cream’s weight, so it could get expensive if you pack it with too much stuff. The store inside is very clean, there is plenty of parking out back, and it has a very bright and cheery atmosphere. Great place to go if you’re looking for a treat!
