I am leaving this review for management. The woman working today, Tuesday afternoon, March 26 was exceptional. She was helpful, friendly, and was working the entire time. There were lots of people in at the same time. In the 10 minutes I Sat there she did about 10 different things. I thought that she might be an owner because she really seemed to care about every detail and never stopped cleaning up, sweeping, etc. etc. I rarely see people in food service work like that anymore. The store was spotless ...it's easy to see why.

There was a brown haired lady behind the counter, she was rude to the kind gentleman behind the counter. She had an attitude and spoke in a rude and unwelcoming manner. My kids even asked me if she was okay. I’m never taking my kids here again because I don’t want them having this behavior at home. This was today before 3 o’clock pm.

Horrible customer service. Teenage young man waited on us. $32 - 5 small cups. The strawberries were horrible - took mine back expecting to be told I could get something else. I was given the 3rd degree by this kid - he said nothing was wrong with the strawberries and I would have to pay if I wanted something different. I finally asked to speak with a manager who told me I could get another cup. Need to train your employees better.

Avoid the Bobo options. I had indigestion from my trip there. I'm going to stick to ice cream next time.
The employee was rude and cussed at me and my friend in front of little kids and also had other people behind the counter who did not work there. She also was standing on the counter. She was just rude and showed and gave us bad service. We came in at 9 on 06/17/23
