I am leaving this review for management. The woman working today, Tuesday afternoon, March 26 was exceptional. She was helpful, friendly, and was working the entire time. There were lots of people in at the same time. In the 10 minutes I Sat there she did about 10 different things. I thought that she might be an owner because she really seemed to care about every detail and never stopped cleaning up, sweeping, etc. etc. I rarely see people in food service work like that anymore....

This is either a small TCBY or the selection was not we expected from other TCBY we been to .. it could be cleaner .. just wipe down and floor need that thing called a broom.. not really dirty just maintained...
